The SparkL Motion ribbon necklace
Using a Lilypad Arduino board, user 'purly' has created a good looking piece of wearable electronics in the form of a ribbon necklace. The Lilypad is a functional and interesting centrepiece to the design, and also controls a string of LEDs with pulse-width modulation. This is a great example of synergy between Arduino-based technology and fashion. For example:
By creating projects like this you can demonstrate that there is more to an Arduino than blinking lights. For more information including instructions and design hints, visit the project page here. And for more news, updates and items of interest.please follow us on twitter, Facebook and Google+.
