Tutorial: Increase your Arduino's EEPROM capacity

The people at contesti.eu have published an open-source tutorial that describes in excellent detail instructions on how to use up to eight external EEPROM ICs with an Arduino to increase the available non-volatile memory. The details and schematics are provided for prototyping, and also the EAGLE board files if you want to have a more permanent version. Having more EEPROM capacity is very useful for rugged data logging devices, storing user-entered data, and much less fiddly than microSD cards.
