Cheap petrol generators can produce very dirty mains power - a disaster for precision electronics or any sensitive equipment. This unit comprises of a 4-stroke petrol engine, a low voltage electrical generator, and a pure sine wave inverter to give you clean mains power. This method provides a level of stability not possible in cheaper units. It’s also intelligent, with an auto-throttling switch to increase and decrease motor speed to compensate for power demand. Of course you can override this to provide more stable power, at the expense of efficiency. With the addition of a parallel-link cable, you can stack two compatible units together. Join it with another 1kVA unit for 2kVA total output, or a 2kVA unit for 3kVA total output. This stacking ability provides the ultimate in flexibility when you need a lot of power. A full house of protections including overload and low oil automatic shutoff. A simple pull start keeps things simple, making every start a breeze. Housed in a rugged moulded case with integrated carry handle.
