This splitter allows for a DisplayPort signal to be split to two different devices such as computer monitors, TV’s or projector screens. DisplayPort can be used to transmit audio and video simultaneously, but each one is optional and can be transmitted without the other. HDMI and DVI output achievable with use of a passive adaptor or Mini DisplayPort with the use of an additional converter cable. Typically suited for small-scale use in the home, office, shop fronts or classrooms where only two duplicated displays are required. Compliant with VESA DisplayPort standard link rates of 1.62, 2.7 and 5.4Gbps. Includes a mains power adaptor.
