This cable can serve as a generic, 6-conductor ribbon cable with 6×1 0.1" female connectors on both ends, but it is designed for chaining ShiftBrites or ShiftBars together to achieve displays such as those shown in the video at the bottom of this page. The cable wires are 26 AWG with stranded conductors.
