The Meowbit is a card-sized, programmable, retro gaming console, designed to teach anyone how to program! All programming can be done in the beginner-friendly Microsoft MakeCode Arcade editor, which includes a graphical interface (Blocks) as well as a Javascript interface for more advanced programming later on.
It is comprised of a 1.8'' full-colour screen, 6 x programmable buttons, 1 x buzzer, a built-in light sensor, a temperature sensor, an SD card slot (for external storage), a multiplayer connector and an edge connector. With the edge connector, the Meowbit can be used in conjunction with other micro:bit expansion boards. Aside from game programming, you can also delve into robotics with it; We recommend using the RobotBit for Meowbit, for a gentle introduction into robotics with the micro:bit!
