Pair this with our Home Automation Controller (LA-5592) to add an entry warning system to doorways, garages,driveways or hallways. This device is coupled with an amorphous solar panel to keep the doorway beams 4.8V Ni-MH battery pack charged, no need to worry about swapping out batteries or connecting up mains wiring. It will detect an interruption to the beam at up to 6m away which will trigger a warning on the main home automation controller. An ideal way to keep your entryways monitored.
